Download and installation instructions
1)	Click on the 'Download Widget (PC)' or 'Download Widget (MAC)' button.
2)	The setup program will appear, asking if you would like to install the widget.
3)	Click 'Next' to continue to the next screen, or 'Cancel' to close the program.
4)	Select 'Install' to start your installation, or 'Cancel' to cancel the installation.
5)	Upon completion of the installation, you may choose to create a desktop shortcut or immediately launch the Eye Yoga Widget.
6)	The Eye Yoga Widget will appear in your local disk: • PC version – Under the 'Start' menu, in the 'Programs' folder. • MAC version – In the Applications folder.
Uninstall instructions
	• PC Version – Go to Start > Programs > Eye Yoga Widget > Uninstall. • MAC Version – Go to Applications, drag the 'Eye Yoga Widget' folder into the 'Trash' and empty it.
